This course will provide insights and practical exercises to develop new concepts of leadership and give us the opportunity to exercise leadership and leadership presence. What are the concrete qualities needed to be an inspired and inspiring leader in this new era and how to become aware and improve these skills? How can a leader empower others in sustainable ways? These are just a few questions tackled in this seminar.
The second part of the seminar is linked to leadership presence: body language, the voice, energy, charisma. It is essential for a leader to know about leadership presence and all the different elements that can enhance your impact and true leadership spirit.
