Every person wants to live a happy and fulfilling life, unfortunately, sometimes we are the obstacles that prevent the realization of this important need. This course awakens awareness about who we are and how we want to tackle inner transformation. It will look at psychological and emotional violations of our dignity; and how these have triggered automatic responses, creating “Inner Films”, and will show us how to deal with them. You will learn to understand the elements that precede and catalyze our automatic responses and defenses. You will look at your own solutions and strategies to stop the film before it starts, and become more able to guide your own life and restore your concept of dignity. This will liberate you to be happier; to know your inner self deeper, and to choose the life you want to live with clearer directions.
